Position: Farm and Agri Business Sales

Nationality: Open but must have Tax Residency

Personality: 1) Passion: Real estate is not a passive career, especially at first. You will not sit around pushing pencils. You are a doer, out there interacting with professionals and buyers and looking at properties. You must enjoy real estate and have a true interest in the industry in order to succeed. 2) Diligence: Good salespeople work hard. They love what they do, so that they enjoy putting in the hours. Nevertheless, they do not just sit around expecting real estate deals to fall into their lap. 3) Focus: Good salespersons don't dabble in real estate, but really throw themselves in. They don't just consider sales or try selling for a while. They give it their all. 4) Persistence. Savvy and successful real estate investors persist when obstacles arise and they work to overcome those obstacles.

Qualification: Must have good written and verbal skills in English and Spanish. The role of a modern salesperson is to understand how social media marketing works and use it.

Role: To list farms directly from owners for GTSA. This requires brokers to visit the farms, obtain written authorization and prepare the information necessary to market them. Ie photos, farm maps, soil reports, value and productivity assessments.
