The Island of Jaguanum is a pristine tropical island with ten beaches. There are walking trails between the beaches. The island is hilly, and most of the vegetation is composed of the untouched tropical rainforest. Electricity reached the island in 2011. The permanent residents are local fishermen. Lote 03 has the biggest house, ‘’CASA GRANDE’’, with a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. It also has a cottage called ‘’CHALÉ’’ behind the main house. The freshwater spring is located on plot 03. Sewage disposal is a septic tank system for all houses. Houses are fully furnished. Internet WIFI via satellite.
