Surrounded by a large number of streams, rivers and lakes, this 2.8 hectare property is located two and a half hours (150 miles) from the Esquel airport, passing the town of Rio Pico about 25 km. The land is located about 1 kilometer along Highway 19, that goes to the border of Chile, from the Village of Atilio Viglione. Water and electric service are accessible from the highway. The area is internationally known for the size and aggressiveness of the wild trout that are caught. Some of the major fly-fishing rivers include the Rio Nilson, Rio Pampas, Rio Corcovado, and Rio Pico, which consists of more than 25 miles of world-class fly fishing water. Additionally, there are another eight lakes for fishing, some of which are home to very large trout that give anglers the opportunity to fly-fish for brown, rainbow, brook and Pacific salmon trout. All of these fishing environments are no more than 50 minutes away from the 2.8 hectare location. The area is protected from agriculture due to population of native trees, such as Ñire and Lengua.
